This Platform is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) operational tool designed exclusively for verified dealers, brokers, and sellers who are registered members of the Car Broker Welfare Association (CBWA), Surat.

• No Direct Consumer Access: The Platform is not intended for the general public, retail buyers, or end-consumers.
• No In-App Purchases / Non-Paid Platform: The application does not require paid subscriptions or in-app payment transactions from general users.
• Age Restriction: The Platform is intended for use by business professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

2.Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our B2B networking and listing services.

• Account & Registration Data: Full name, mobile number, email address, dealership/business name, office address, CBWA membership details, and identification documents provided during registration for verification.
• Vehicle Listing Data: Photos, vehicle identification/registration numbers (RC details), vehicle specifications, pricing, and seller details uploaded by authorized members.
• Device & Technical Information: IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and system crash report data collected automatically to ensure technical stability and security.
• Usage Data: Log data regarding how you interact with the app, features accessed, search queries, and dealer-to-dealer interaction records.

3.How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly for business operational purposes:

• To verify member eligibility and grant authorized access to the Platform.
• To facilitate B2B communication and inventory sharing between verified dealers and sellers.
• To display accurate vehicle listings within the network.
• To maintain platform safety, detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or policy violations.
• To provide customer support and send administrative notices regarding association updates.
• To maintain performance and debug technical issues across Android, iOS, and Web environments.

4.Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your business privacy and do not sell, rent, or trade personal or business data to third-party advertisers.

• Within the Network: Vehicle listings, business names, and business contact details are shared exclusively among verified CBWA members inside the Platform to facilitate dealer-to-dealer inquiries.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We may share minimal necessary data with trusted service providers who perform operations on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, database management, SMS gateway services, and crash analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable laws, court orders, or governmental regulations, or to enforce our legal rights and safeguard community safety.

5.Data Retention & Account Deletion (User Rights)

• Retention: We retain member account and vehicle data only for as long as your CBWA membership remains active or as needed to provide you access to the Platform.
• Data & Account Deletion: Verified members have the right to request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
  • You can request account deactivation directly through the account settings menu inside the App or Website.
  • Alternatively, you can submit a formal data/account deletion request by emailing cbwa26@gmail.com. Upon receipt, we will process the deletion of your personal account data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

6.Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures (including secure server hosting and encrypted data transmission via SSL/HTTPS) to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.Third-Party Services & Analytics

The App and Website may integrate essential third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services (such as Firebase for push notifications/analytics or secure database cloud infrastructure). These third parties process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
